Located in the countryside and surrounded by ancient farming terraces, vineyards and olive trees, Cal Benet is a "masoveria" (typical country house) of the first half of the eighteenth century, fully restored in 2007, where farming (harvesting and calves) continues.

Its location between three regions (Solsona, Berguedà and Bages) allows a good base to visit the natural or cultural heritage of any of these regions.
It is in the south-west side of Serrat del Batlle and Sant Feliu de Lluelles, which makes it an ideal place to enjoy the sun as well as a privileged panoramic view of Central Catalonia.

The house is distributed as follows:
Ground floor: dinning room with stove, kitchen, 1 triple bedroom and 1 bathroom.
First floor: living room with TV, 3 king-size bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
Outside: Porch with barbecue.
