La Casa de Magina is located in Ventín, a beautiful town of Fornelos de Montes, halfway between the cities of Vigo and Pontevedra.
The house dates from 1880, and was restored into a charming holiday cottage in summer 2011.
Built in local stone, it has an area of 400 m2, a 53-m2 lounge with fireplace and old stone oven, dining room with fireplace, full kitchen, and five bedrooms (1 king-size and 4 double bedrooms - all with bathroom). It also has two extra beds, and a toilet.
Also, large furnished gardens with an indoor barbecue and stone oven. A courtyard with a granary and wonderful views of the valley, in addition to an U-courtyard, which was the old corral.

Location:
The house is located at the foot of a mountain, allowing you to enjoy wonderful views.
Five minutes from the house, you can find the river beach and a fishing preserve in the Eiras Reservoir.
The house is ideal for rest and enjoying nature, as well as a starting point to explore Rías Baixas, Cies Islands, La Toja, Sansenxo, Baiona, Isla de Ons, La Guardia, Vigo, Pontevedra, and more.
• 40 minutes away is Valenza, Portugal. Shops, restaurants and bars, and interesting fortress.
• 20 minutes away is Mondariz, where you can enjoy its spas.
• 15 minutes away is Soutomayor, where you can visit the castle and cellars.

• Ruta del Tesoro. Through a forest of oaks, laurels and beech and along a stretch of the River Ventín.

• Monte da Cidade.
• Cascada da Laxe.
• Climbing up to Monte Cotodeira. From here you can see Rande Bridge and the Cies Islands.
