El Tirabeque is pet friendly (ask the owner).
El Tirabeque is a holiday cottage built in stone and precious woods, and handmade clay floor.
It has a lounge with fireplace, plasma TV in the living room and all bedrooms. Underfloor heating. Five rooms with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine.
Outside there is a patio, and 200 m2 gardens with furniture and solar panel hot water pool.
The house also has bedding, bath and table linen, full kitchenware, and cellar to taste the delicious Ribera del Arlanza wines.
In addition, we can offer roast lamb, grilled chops, paella... In short, we want to make sure you spend unforgettable days in "El Tirabeque".

Environment & Activities El Tirabeque
Location:
El Tirabeque is located in Ruyales del Agua, a quiet village on the banks of the Arlanza River. It has 20 inhabitants and the road ends here, so peace is guaranteed. It has playground with barbecue, basketball court and five-a-side football pitch. Source surrounded by wooded area with tables and benches to enjoy a quiet evening. The 12th century church is Romanesque, tiny and with an apse to behold.
Our wineries route is famous for its good wine, and above all its friendly people, make it worth getting lost in this rural setting. It is 4 kilometres from Lerma, where you can admire the Parador Nacional - located in the Palace of the Duke of Lerma -, eight convents and baroque festival (August).
20 km away is Covarrubias, Medieval village whose streets, towers and medieval festival (July) are a must.
35 km away is Santo Domingo de Silos monastery, famous for its magnificent cloister and Gregorian chant (every day in the afternoon).
8 km away is Ura, beautiful village in a gorge of the Mataviejas River. You can watch raptors, and go hiking around the gorge and the river bank.
35 km is Burgos, and 15 km from Burgos is Atapuerca.
