Mas de Castellmont is a stone farmhouse from the nineteenth century, restored with the utmost respect for the environment and oriented toward the midday sun.

It is a two-storey.
On the first floor there are two large en suite bedrooms, two lounges with TV and fireplace, dining room and kitchen with all necessary appliances.

On the second floor there are four en suite bedrooms. Two of them have their own large terrace off from the rest of the house, a landscape that stretches away toward the horizon.

It has heating and is extremely tastefully decorated.

It has an infinity pool heated by solar power, indoor parking area, garden and a small organic farm providing fresh vegetables and eggs.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a variety of herbs, pines, oaks and olive trees down to the sea. The Sierra Levantina rises like a cockscomb behind.

The Mas de Castellmont is located in Baix Maestrat-Rossell, Castellón, in the Natural Park of La Tinenza Benifasar, at 590 metres above sea level.
It belongs to an over-74-acre estate where lots of ibexes often come and graze around.
