Located at the entrance to the town, has a private 2-car garage, patio with BBQ, 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms, plus separate Jacuzzi, 2 double, one triple and one king-size bedrooms (including 200 x 160 cm bed with latex mattress). Large fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine terrace. Large living room with plasma DTTV, DVD, stereo and board games, movies, books and music collections.
Also it has meetings room-playroom with pool table, table tennis, TV, darts, children games, etc.
